Top management of China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation with a study tour to Poland

On 25-28 November representatives of the largest Chinese petroleum and chemical industry federation will take part in a study tour to Poland. The arrival of the Chinese delegation is the aftermath of a very successful Beijing Seminar, which took place in July this year, and the interest shown in Local Awareness and Responsibility in the Chemical Safety and Security Program coordinated by the International Centre for Chemical Safety.

The key element of the study tour is the delegates’ participation in a seminar organized by ICCSS, Office of Technical Inspection and Polish Chamber of Chemical Industry at the headquarters of UDT (Office of Technical Inspection). The main theme of the meeting will be the development of Polish-Chinese cooperation in reducing the risks associated with chemicals.

In addition, members of the delegation will also participate in bilateral discussions with Polish companies interested in making business in China.

The culmination of the study tour will be the visit of the delegation to the facilities of Targi Kielce, where in April next year will take place Global Summit on Chemical Safety and Security - CHEMSS 2016 - and the International Fair - CHEM-SAFETY-EXPO. The Chinese side expressed interest in the event and pledged participation of their representatives.
