ICCSS paid tribute to Polish officers buried at the Polish War Cemetery in Kharkiv

The ICCSS President, Amb. Krzysztof Paturej and Chancellor of Vistula University, Dr. Zdzislaw Rapacki and their Ukraine partners from the National Aerospace University (KhAI) in Kharkiv (Ukraine), laid flowers on 9th January, 2020, at the Polish War Cemetery in Kharkiv. The Cemetry is the place where around four thousand Polish officers were murdered  in the basement of the Kharkiv NKVD in spring 1940, as part of the Katyn massacre ordered by Stalin.

They also paid tribute to Ukrainian and Russian victims, and of victims from all the other nations the totalitarian system attempted or managed to destroy. They lie buried at the Memorial to the Victims of Totalitarianism from Kharkiv murdered in 1937-1938.
