“Polska Chemia” is organized by the Polish Chamber of Chemical Industry (PIPC) and is one of the biggest events of its kind in Poland. Its second edition brought together more than 400 representatives of companies, industrial organizations, government and science, and served as a platform for exchange of ideas, experiences and strategies.

Congress participants showed great interest in the ICCSS exhibit on the Global Summit on Chemical Safety and Security and accompanying Fair (www.chemss2016.org), which it will organise in partnership with the PIPC. The Summit and Fair will be the first-ever global gathering on chemical safety and security, with the aim of developing a global market for related technologies and services and strengthening the position of Poland as an international leader in this field.

The Summit will comprise eight thematic forums on various aspects of industrial and environmental safety and security, and will feature African and Ukrainian forums on chemical safety and security. The Summit will also include trainings, demonstrations and presentations of technical and commercial offers, with a particular emphasis on Polish innovative solutions.
