The Beijing seminar was organized by the Embassy of Poland in Beijing, the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation (CPCIF) and the International Centre for Chemical Safety and Security (ICCSS), and was chaired by HE Tadeusz Chomicki, Ambassador of Poland to China.

 The Beijing Seminar was attended by a distinguished audience and representatives from Chinese government and industry, Polish government and civil society, international industry and diplomats.

The Seminar presented the ongoing national and international activities to enhance chemical safety and security, introduced to the Chinese partners the leading international and national programs coordinated by the International Centre for Chemical Safety and Security (ICCSS), Warsaw, Poland, and achieved concrete forms of cooperation between the Chinese and Polish partners represented by the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation (CPCIF) China Control Chemical Association (CCCA), and the International Centre for Chemical Safety and Security (ICCSS), to enhance chemical safety and security in China and worldwide.
