Unique ICCSS Guidebook
The guidebook, titled "Civil Protection beyond EU Borders," was developed by a team of practitioners from Germany, Moldova, Ukraine, and Poland, all of whom participated in ICCSS-led projects on civil protection. This collective expertise ensures a comprehensive approach to harmonizing national civil protection systems with the Union Civil Protection Mechanism (UCPM). The guidebook places a strong emphasis on societal resilience, recognizing it as a crucial component for effective disaster management.

This program aims to enhance national and local civil protection and assist to practically implement UCPM at all societal levels.
