The scope of the agreement is to support the industrial safety initiatives, informing of and inviting to selected training, seminars, conferences and practical exercises organized by the parties, as well as cooperating in the implementation of new initiatives in the field of industrial safety.

The agreement came into force on the date of signature.

As part of the agreement UDT will engage in, inter alia, the implementation of the programs on chemical safety and security in Kenya and Ukraine, and will provide the laboratory, research and training potentials in the program of Local Awareness and Responsibility in the Chemical Safety and Security.
