Member of the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation Executive Board. Mr Guanglian  specializes in international trade, partnership and cooperation. He has a profound knowledge of Chinese petroleum sector. For more than 10 years, he has been member of the Executive Board of the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation. He has acquired extensive experience in serving as Secretary General of “Going Global Confederation” of China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation. Furthermore, he served as a Vice Secretary General and Director General of International Affairs Department of China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation, where he has served more than 10 years. He holds Master Degree of Peking University in Linguistics and Bachelor of Arts of Shandong University in Foreign Languages.
